Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

  • A non-refundable booking fee of £100 or 20% of the total (which ever is greatest) will be required to secure your wedding date. This will be deducted from your final balance.

  • No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

  • The final balance is due 1 month before the wedding date. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

2. Previews (Trials)

  • Previews are recommended and included with all bridal services however these can be booked separately prior to securing wedding day, however this does then not guarantee your wedding day availability. Separate trial fees are payable at the time of booking the trial session.

  • Trials are held at your Location unless otherwise agreed and may incur travel costs outside of a 20 mile radius from Portsmouth.

  • If you decide not to proceed after the trial, the date will be released, and no further payment is required (excluding the trial and travel fees if applicable ).

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations by the client must be made in writing via email.

  • If you cancel:

    • More than 4 months before the wedding: Only the booking fee is retained including any travel and trial fees.

    • Less than 2 months before the wedding: 50–100% of the total balance may be payable, depending on timing and notice given.

  • Changes to numbers or services must be communicated at least 1 month before the event as this may require additional stylists. 

  • For large groups, I will bring an assistant to keep things running smoothly and on schedule at no additional cost to you.

  • For very large parties further additional stylists may be required to assist which will incur an additional fee. 

  • In the unlikely event I am unable to attend due to illness or emergency, I will try to arrange a replacement artist or refund any money paid (excluding trial fees).

4. Travel and Additional Costs

  • Travel is charged at 45p per mile outside a 20 mile radius of Portsmouth.

  • Parking, tolls, congestion charges, or accommodation costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the client and will be invoiced accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Please ensure all members of the bridal party are ready at the agreed times. Delays may impact the completion of all services.

  • Skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities must be disclosed before the appointment. I will not be held liable for any reactions if full information is not provided. A consultation form will be sent out prior to bridal preview and confirmation bridal party has no issues.

6. Photography and Social Media

  • I may take photographs of my work on the day and use them for portfolio or social media purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform me in writing.

7. COVID-19 and Force Majeure

  • In the event of government restrictions or events beyond either party’s control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, efforts will be made to reschedule. Booking fees remain non-refundable but may be transferable at my discretion.

8. Liability

  • I accept no liability for damage or injury to persons or property during the service, except as a result of negligence.

  • All products and tools are kept hygienic and sanitised. However, I cannot guarantee against any adverse reactions.
